At Pour Decisions Brewing Company, we produce world class beers using traditional processes, ingredients and techniques. Our products mirror our lifestyle -- they are thoroughly tested and they are heavily researched. We focus on using the freshest and best ingredients and creating an earth-friendly product.

We believe that having a nice pint should not be relegated to a special occasion or a special night. Having a nice pint is not about 'drinking'. Having a nice pint should be about relaxing after a hard day. A good beer should be drunk with good friends and family, over good conversation. The pint is not the destination, only part of the journey.

Drawing on inspiration from classic brewing centers around the world, the brewers at PDBC seek to introduce several under-represented beer styles to the people of Minnesota through our regular Pour Decisions lineup (soon to be available at bars throughout the Twin Cities). What our beer styles lack in common notoriety they make up for in flavor and complexity. We do not believe in being eclectic just because we can; instead, we strive to bring local beer fans some of the world's best-kept beer secrets.

Our Pour Decisions line of beers will be accompanied by our Really Pour Decisions lineup. These specialty offerings may include anything from decocted German lagers to traditionally fermented and aged sour beers, and from tooth-peeling hop bombs to custom smoked beers -- the list goes on and on. These Really Pour libations will see limited seasonal release; like our Regular Pours, you'll find them at your favorite watering hole.

Our final line of beer, our Ginormous Pour Decision line, will focus on the eclectic. These 'Ginormies' will be made on our custom-fashioned 2-barrel pilot system, allowing us the opportunity to craft extremely rare and unique offerings as one-offs that will be for sale at the brewery only.
